An Imperial Dessert Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Montmorency Cherries and Tonka Beans.

The Night Imp has no heart of its own. It is forever searching for a suitable substitute. This imperial dessert stout was aged on montmorency sour cherries in bourbon barrels. The partial refermentation was slow and some residual sweetness from the cherries survived. Tonka beans weave their vanilla and almond-like notes through this chocolatey tapestry and lend a walnut-like bitterness.
