A Blend of Saisons Aged in Oak Barrels with Chardonnay Pomace and Hops
It was autumn and things were starting to turn wintery. If I daydreamed hard enough could it feel like summer again? Surely it’s not turning cold everywhere... Maybe I just need to remember a far off place... It feels warmer already!
We aged a blend of saisons on chardonnay wine grape pomace and dry hopped with Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria hops.
2022 Vintage. 473mL can. 6.7% alc/vol.
