We've curated this small 4-pack of bottles to showcase a range of barrel aged sour beer styles that we produce.  Available thru Father's Day weekend.

Hammock Weather is a blend of golden sour beers aged in oak barrels with raspberries, haskap berries, rose hips and hibiscus - it's on the lighter side at 4%, but is one of the most flavour packed beers we've made. Bursting with berry aromas, it's a perfect summer fruit beer.

As You Wish is a flemish red style sour aged on Montmorency sour cherries. This style of sour features some maltier notes, and a more complex acid profile and is packed full of Ontario Montmorency cherries which lend cherry pie notes with a hint of cinnamon and almond/amaretto.

A Lonely Forest is a spontaneous (wild) golden sour beer. Produced in the traditional Belgian Lambic style, it is brewed using aged hops and cooled overnight in the fresh vineyard air to allow for wild yeasts to inoculate the beer and start fermentation. After a year and a half, the beer is nicely funk-forward with a bold aged hop note and a complex flavour profile.

SMÜV is a golden sour beer aged in oak barrels that we pack full of pureed mango, passion fruit, and pineapple right before canning. It is a thick tropical fruit bomb with balanced sweetness because we pasteurize it to stop fermentation. The perfect drink for brunch, if you like things like mimosas!
