A Golden Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels With Papaya and Vic Secret Hops.
This sour beer started life as a hazy New England style beer with peachy yeast character. Then things got interesting. We soured it using our house bacteria culture, drowned a substantial amount of papaya, and dry hopped it with Australian Vic Secret hops. A medley of fruit flavours resulted!
