A Golden Sour Raspberry Beer Aged in Oak Barrels Packaged with Pureed Strawberry, Banana & Basil.

Strawberry and basil is such an iconic pairing that we couldn't resist!  We started with Jam Hands as the sour raspberry base for this smoothie beer blend and incorporated pureed strawberry, fresh basil leaves and banana on canning day. The result is a tart, velvety fruit bomb with a footnote of savory basil aromatics. Try pairing with some goat cheese, or on it's own for dessert!

Smoothie beers are best kept cold and drank fresh, since the fresh fruit purees contain fermentable sugars that can and do lead to exploding cans. We've gone the extra responsible step of pasteurizing this beer, so that lapses in judgement shouldn't lead to costly drycleaning bills or deep cleans of your car or carpets.
