A Golden Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels Packaged with Pureed Carrot, Banana, Vanilla and Spices

Nailed it! We were in a cake sort of mood last week and one thing led to another... This carrot cake inspired barrel aged smoothie sour uses a delicate blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove with a dollop of vanilla to seal the deal in that icing sort of way. We went as high as 45% with the adjuncts on this one to really land that carrot flavour. It's a sweet & sour cakey treat in a more manageable 355mL size!

Smoothie beers are best kept cold and drank fresh, since the fresh fruit purees contain fermentable sugars that can and do lead to exploding cans. We've gone the extra responsible step of pasteurizing this beer, so that lapses in judgement shouldn't lead to costly drycleaning bills or deep cleans of your car or carpets.
